When does mail deposited in ourdoor USPS mailboxes, or even personal mailboxes get POSTMARKED? Sometimes the POSTMARK may not be until the next business day, possibly later. It’s unclear. Mail can get lost or delayed. Mail deposited in outdoor mailboxes outside of post offices in Clark County has gone missing according to residents posting on social media, and does not have the extra security the ballot boxes now have. Up until now, there has been no security, at the outdoor ballot boxes.
