Tome Fitton sued SF,CA for their DEI racist’s rules and won. Maybe we need to bring him here in Washington to do the same!

This state endorses DEI which gives the state more control over children, in school, than parents. This wrong, Title IX is a federal protection that should over rule states trying to “own children.” Genesis 2:22-24 – In the beginning……God made Adam a male, then God created a women from the rib of Adam. God made only two sexes; male and female. Period. Also, God designed and created the family unit, with the man/husband as the head of the home; the woman/wife and two became a family to raise children – God gave parents direct authority over the lives of their children. The state’s desire to control children in school over gender identity is a perversion of God’s designed and will bring judgement. States like Washington who think they are the authority in a child’s life while in school, are wrong. The legislature has no authority to supersede God’s principles. Loss of federal funding is a good start of judgement. The following from this article is correct.
No state agency should be in the business of forcing school districts to adopt policies that potentially violate federal law,” Kennewick School Board president Gabe Galbraith told The Center Square, “especially when those policies undermine parental rights.” 
According to OSPI handouts, the right to choose one’s gender belongs to the student, “not to the parent/guardian.” While consistent with state law, the policy and others related to sports and restrooms contradict President Donald Trump’s executive orders prohibiting such measures. The OSPI statement “the right to choose one’s gender belongs to the student, not to the parent” is wrong, anti-God. It boils my blood.
