Kids who get measles may develop natural immunity to it. There are tests to measure that. A test that can	document serologic proof of immunity signed by a health care provider acting within their scope of practice can be used as proof of immunity.
Sometimes parents or legal guardians who learn about the risks as well as the benefits of vaccines opt out of some vaccines for religious, personal or medical reasons. In that case a Certificate of Exemption may be completed with a health care practitioner if a minor child attends pre-K thru high school.
