Very few transit bus and van riders cross the I-5 Bridge today, about half the number of bus boardings today than in 2006. A total waste of taxpayer funds.
Councilors Marshall and Fuentes have pushed hard to extend OR MAX light rail into Clark County, no matter the cost in high perpetual TOLLS, new TAXES, and higher Sales Taxes. Existing homes and businesses will be eliminated to make room for 2 light rail stations, one ~ 80-90 ft. tall with a winding stair case and elevator, and 2 park and rides!
