Yet, Fourth Plain from Clark College to I-5 is perfect, immaculately smooth blacktop…. as it goes by the VA and Health Dept. GOVERNMENTAL complexes. Think there’s any relationship between good streets and government offices located thereon? While us little people, who pay ever increasing taxes, get gravel and slurry. The Mayor of Vancouver sucks!
