Body of missing Vancouver man found near NW Lower River Road

VANCOUVER — The body of a 46-year-old missing man was found near NW Lower River Road. The deceased man has been identified by Vancouver Police as Michael McClafferty, a resident of Vancouver.

Vancouver Police asked for the public’s help on Sunday when McClafferty was reported missing by his wife Christine McClafferty. His body was found a short time later after his vehicle, a silver 2017 Toyota Sienna minivan was located in the 6300 block area of NW Lower River Road.

There is no indication of a criminal act and the immediate family has been made aware of the circumstances.
