North Clark Historical Museum 32nd annual membership meeting scheduled

AMBOY — On Sat., Feb. 15, North Clark Historical Museum will hold the 32nd annual membership meeting.

The Potluck is at 1 p.m. in the basement Community Room.  The Museum will open at Noon with an open house and a silent auction in the sanctuary.  The business meeting will start at 2:30 pm in the sanctuary. The museum is located at 21416 NE 399 St, Amboy, WA 98601. The membership meeting is open to the public.  Everyone is welcome.

The 2020 Raffle Quilt, made by the Chelatchie Quilters, will be revealed, and tickets will be available.  Quilt raffle proceeds go to the Capital Improvement Fund.

General business will be conducted, and Board Members April Reichstein and Judi Malinowski are up for reelection for a three-year term.  New board members, Debbie Zitt and Tom Harmon, will be up for election for a three-year term. The past year’s events and activities will be reviewed.

A Citizen’s Award will be presented to Terry and Howard Cook.  Terry, a past board member, and Howard have contributed many hours to the museum and to the community.   Volunteers Mary McCarthy and Jane Poole will be recognized for their recent projects.

Items for the silent auction have been donated by Moulton Falls Winery, Fred Meyer, Trader Joe’s, Amboy Hardware and General Store, Amboy Market, Yacolt Market, Creative Interior Design, Fargher Lake Store, Backroads, Carl’s Car Care, Mayer’s Custom Meats, the Soap Chest in Camas, PNE-CCS-AE Technologies, and more.
