Campaign School for Republicans to be hosted by Clark County Republican Women March 21

The CCRW 2020 Campaign School offers a program for Republican candidates presented by Liz Pike, retired three-term Washington state representative

VANCOUVER — Clark County Republican Women (CCRW) will host a comprehensive 2020 Campaign School on Sat., March 21, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Club Green Meadows, 7703 NE 72nd Avenue, Vancouver.

The cost to attend is just $10 for CCRW members and $15 for nonmembers. Tuition fee includes a continental breakfast and electronic course materials.

The CCRW 2020 Campaign School offers a program for Republican candidates presented by Liz Pike, retired three-term Washington state representative. Pike will share winning strategies for candidates, campaign managers, and team leaders for legislative races, as well as county, city, school board, port and fire commission races. 

Attendees will learn about platform development, messaging, creating and executing a successful marketing program, effective use of social media platforms, designing a powerful campaign logo for signs, building a successful team of campaign volunteers, writing an effective candidate statement, fundraising strategies, budgeting and how to make a great speech every time.

This is presented as “the most important program to attend for any candidate who intends to run for public office in 2020.’’
