The Tango Project

February 8 @ 7:30 pm PST

Hot music performed by cool musicians and dancers! What could be more fun? Bravo! Concerts Northwest presents The Tango Project on Saturday, Feb. 8 at 7:30 p.m. at St. Luke’s Episcopal Church in Vancouver.

The concert features pianist Maria Manzo, Russian violinist Tatiana Kolchanova, cellist Collin Oldham, and clarinetist Michael Kissinger performing Latin Tangos and other dances – accompanied by guest Tango Dancers. Tango blends the music and dance of German Waltz, Czech Polka, Polish Mazurka, Spanish-Cuban Habanera, and Argentinian Milonga. We’ll perform a final song with students from Portland Bravo Youth Orchestras. Inspired by the El Sistema music program in Venezuela, BYO is a program for underserved youth to provide social change through music. Bring your dancing shoes for a FUN concert!

Tickets are $30 for Adults, children 18 and under are free. Purchase tickets at – www.bravoconcerts.com
